Expanded details of why this is a robbery. Continuation of yesterdays saga
I have been relaying the story along with E about what happened with my brother. Most people may say "Good, he should be paying.". But there is much more to this that you should know:
1) When she walked out on him, she went to the safety of mommy and daddy in Grandma's house. Yes, her mommy and daddy are even not adult enough to make it on their own. Why should she be any different?
2) To my knowledge, my niece still does not have her own bed in that house or her own room. She is either sleeping in the bed with her grandparents or her uncle's bed. I do not know about you but I am truly not comfortable with a 3 year old girl sleeping in a grown man's bed. Sends the wrong messages.
3) She delibertely did not file her taxes with my brother b/c she wanted the money all to herself. Granted, they had a bill together that they needed to pay toward the house. She stuck him with all of the mortgage payment, all of the bills for the house and the large bill for the upgrades that needed to be done in the home.
4) She works at Wendy's for crying out loud!! GET A REAL BIG GIRL JOB!! You are not in high school anymore.
5) She owns no car in her name and claimed on her financials that she does. Has no true lease agreement with a landlord and claims that she pays rent. The house is a revolving door of people telling everyone else to watch my niece. She claims to have extra money to pay for clothes and entertainment but he doesn't. Do you see the frustration?
And the best of all. On the signed NOTARIZED financial documents which are perjured, SHE PUT DOWN HER NET MONTHLY INCOME AS HER GROSS MONTHLY INCOME!!! She claims that after taxes she has $520 to spend. They have shared parenting and he is expected to pay her more when they share the costs of having her. I DO NOT THINK SO!!!!
