Those with no brains...
It really amazes me about people who have a healthy brain and do not use it. Or lack the common sense to use it.
For instance. We have a person through Corporate. She is a specialist in our group. I have received countless e-mails from her and as much as they annoy me I will read them. She has in most of them been negative and condesending. After about the third one like that I had had it. I approached BossLady and voiced my concerns. Was given her blessing to write a response and let her know how I feel. I told E that I had permission and he said "Oh no, that is dangerous.". Giving me free reign to say as I please. I did have a good laugh over that.
I sent the e-mail and let her know what I thought. I CC'ed it to BossLady and the Specialists boss. I received an e-mail back later and she was hot under the collar. We just let it go at that point. But the Specialist wanted to continue it on. She called BossLady and asked to set up a meeting with me. BossLady scheduled it and let her know what she thought about the e-mails also. At that point, my give a damn was busted.
Specialist came in to meet with me and I just laid it out there. She apologized profusely for the first two minutes and then looked like she was finally getting it. We continued with the meeting and wrapped it up about 10 minutes later.
Well, I thought sh ehad it until this morning. BossLady got an e-mail from her and it was stating that even though a program was rolled out for the "A" agents, they may be interested in including three other agents in the area. Pretty much indicating that they were not in the "A" group.
My commentary. Here is a quarter. Go buy a new brain.
